I'm an autistic audio programmer and Csound is my favorite programming language.
I found C++ hard to learn but I'll hopefully get back to it one day. Java was easier but I only know the syntax. Python was learned and forgotten. I got 95.4% on this Coursera Python course entitled LTP - The Fundamentals (Learn To Program)
I was interested in Perl, Ruby and Lua for my next journey but decided to get a good chunk out of the Wolfram Language instead.
When I make music on the computer I use commercial software, audio editors and audio programming languages.
I use Reason 5 from Propellerhead Software as commercial software and I'm interested in other software, especially Reaktor.
I use Audacity and I only know the basics of it. It's the most known audio editor that I deem ever heard of.
I use Csound and I don't know that many opcodes for it but I can see that learning more is going to be fun. I just want to figure out Python before I learn more Csound itself so that I can generate more i and f statements with less code. I'm interested in other audio programming languages like ChucK but my hands are dirty enough with Csound.
I can also play guitar and piano. I used to sing at karaoke but I became shy and they didn't really have enough of my songs because there's to much classic rock and 60's and 70's songs that I wasn't that familiar with.
I know lots of scales and made-up my own arsenal of power chords on the guitar where I get to express jazz, funk, and metal.
I trust Wolfram Alpha more than I trust the Wikipedia. Now Wolfram Alpha will tell me about programming languages and where my point of interest is, time-wise.
I almost got hired as an audio programmer or a computer assistant or something like that.
