Install and use the package "MathLie" in Mathematica 10.0?

Hello guys! I want to install the package "MathLie" in Mathematica 10.0 on Windows 10 to determine Lie symmetries of PDEs. I tried to install this package but it looks like it is not done. Can anybody guide me how to do it and use this package?
