Hi again! OutputResponse or StateResponse are very convenient functions for simulating system models. I understand they are based on NDSolve and I thought that all options of NDSolve can be used in these functions but they cannot, am I right? For instance I wanted to avoid a change in step sign using Method -> {"StiffnessSwitching"} and I got the error "OutputResponse::method2: The method StiffnessSwitching is not a known method". Why is that? The test system is included in the attached notebook.
