Plot bar graphs of different starting points in the y axis?

I have been (unsuccessfully) trying to plot bars of different lengths but also different starting points in the y-axis. For example, in day one the grades for a classroom were between 3/5 to 4.5/5, the second day they were between 4/5 and 5/5, and so on. I'd like to plot a bar (a rectangle) for day one from the lowest to the highest value, then on the same graph but on a second column another bar from the lowest to the highest values corresponding to day two, and so on. I'd seen many different commands to plot bars (i.e. BarChart, RectangleChart, Histogram) but haven't been able to set the lowest part of the bar at a position different than zero. Any suggestions? Cheers
