I created some notebooks on a mac and saved them in slideshow environment. I then made them available for my students to upload. However, on a Windows 10 machine it opens with no menu bar! I presume it will be alright if I save the files instead in Working environment; I am about to check that. However, it raises the question:
If I am viewing a notebook in windows 10 and there is no menu bar (File, Edit, etc), is there a keyboard shortcut to make one pop up? Or alternatively, is there a shortcut to swap to Working environment?
