[?] Get Fourier series coefficients of Sin[]?

Posted 7 years ago

Hi everyone, I tried to get the coefficients of the Fourier series of the function sin(t), but the output is 0. How can I do it? I used the following statement:

FourierCoefficient[Sin[t], t, 5]

Thank you for your time.

The fifth Fourier coefficient is zero. The only nonzero coefficients are for n=1 and n=-1 (write the sine as the sum of two complex exponentials).
