Insert data into the database and avoid SQLInsert JDBC::error: -32723 ?

Hi, I am using following command for data insertion in the database.

SQLInsert[conn,tableName,colNames,data,"BatchSize" -> 10000];

It is giving me error

JDBC::error: -32723

There are 3 million rows to be inserted.
