Dear all, I have compared the below function Mathematica 11.0.1 vs Mathematica 11.3 .0 .for Windows 10

RowBox and FractionBox are shown in the output but they should not be shown (in fact, in version 11.0.1 the output was fine). How can I fix this problem?
