Integration of analytical function does not give an analytical result

GROUPS:

Hi everyone, I have an analytical function with two constants in it, which I integrate. I can get results by filling in some numbers for the constants but I would like to get an analytical function of it. I attached the notebook.

You can sometimes replace the constants by some easily-identifiable numbers, such as Pi^Pi.

The integral does not seem to converge in general. The fact that Lambda[1,1] converges says nothing. Try, for instance, Lambda[14,7] which does not converge and so it doesn't seem likely you can find a general symbolical solution.

I fixed the problem which you encountered of Lambda[14,7] not converging, see the new notebook. I think that the integral is only convergent for t=nt0 where n is an integer. However, taking into account this assumption does not have any effect. I also tried to look at the answers for tau0=1 and tau=1,2,3,4,5 to see if I can figure out the analytical function since I get analytical results back, but i don't see it yet.
