mathematica 10.2 activation error under windows 10

Posted 9 years ago

Yesterday I installed win 10 pro and then mathematica 10.2. After the installation completed, I used the internet activation and copy the key from user.wolfram.com, but when I clicked the activation button, it showed an error message "wolfram mathematica has stopped". I also tried the manual activation, but after input the 10.2 activation key from the website, it showed "invalid activation key" and couldn't get the password. I used mathematica student edition and everything is OK under win 8.1. So is it possible some incompatible problems? Or I have to install visual studio or other necessary applications?
