Enable Interactivity in Wolfram Alpha doesn't work

Posted 9 years ago

In Wolfram Alpha when I click on "enable interactivity" I get the following message "Interactivity requires the installation of the CDF Player." I have already installed the CDF player, restarted my browser and rebooted my computer.

I am using the latest Chrome browser, under windows 10.

Any suggestions to get this working?

I received a response from Wolfram support regarding this, and it seems that this plugin only works with 32 bit browsers.

I'm surprised that Wolfram hasn't thought of the majority case of users which use a 64 bit browser, why has this gone under the radar?

I appreciate the help though, Sean and Kyle. Thanks.

Have you attempted it in Firefox or IE?
