Can Jessie learn Mathematica?

Now that Jessie is here, do we have any word from Wolfram on whether or not it is supported? There was some previous discussion that tweaks needed to be made in order to get Mathematica to function properly with this distro.

Since some of my RPi's are rely on Mathematica to do their tasks, I'd like to know if I should upgrade them or leave them be at the moment. (And feel free to chime on on v 10.2 for the RPi......)

Remind for people -- who are looking the answe/hint for your question [Is Mathematica / the Wolfram Engine available for Raspbian Jessie?]. Pls look into the title of?'Mathematica / the Wolfram Engine available for Raspbian Jessie?' within this community.

Today, I was helped by the article of this title.

It seams that Wolfram Pilot version for Raspberry Pi with raspbian Jessie works I just have installed and have runned Mathematica and checked some commands it works but the rest is the questions to Wolfram Research about porting to Jessie but its worth to try Jessie with Mathematica I suppose

good luck with Your tasks
