Installing Mathematica Navigator 3 into the help system on version 10.3?

Folks,

I'm a novice, and I like to have training materials on hand. At one time, one could install "Navigator 3" to the help system. I just purchased 10.3 yesterday. Today I tried to install "N3" to help using the old procedure. It didn't work, and I don't know how to do it. Any ideas?

From what I gather this is software associated with a book written in 2009. Your best bet is to contact the author and ask for advice:
