At the WTC in 2013, I showed a Star Trek Game that was based on the BASIC code I used to learn programming in the early 1970s. I am revising the code to incorporate new functionality, but I noticed that the version I showed has issues with Mathematica 10.3
Specifically, Sliders no longer show up well against a black background. I replaced them with Gauges, which are better looking anyway. I rearranged the UI so that it is more 'widescreen', and made sure that it would be visible even with the 11 inch MacBook Air.
I welcome any comments and suggestions. I am interested in how this looks on different systems. I could not get the game to start automatically, so you will have to shift-enter StarTrekGame[].
