How to get the flow through a narrowing 2D tube using NDSolveValue?

Hi. I'm trying to solve the example of the narrowing tube 2D presented on page (https://reference.wolfram.com/language/FEMDocumentation/tutorial/SolvingPDEwithFEM.html) and attached to a file.

I'm using Mathematica v10.020.

BUT I have a problem, I do not get the same result as the page reference: see attached file.

It is the same code but I get different result.
