Double-characteristic vertices in a Graph Network

Posted 8 years ago

Hi,

I have to work on a project about environmental evolution in which I have to create a graph whose vertices have two colors ( an inner circle and an outer one). Having a very restricted knowledge in Mathematica and after a whole day of experimenting and googling, I found no way of doing so. Could anyone indicate if it is possible, and which command could do the trick. In addition, it would be more convenient to attribute the colors as some characteristics of the vertices, instead of a simple highlight, as it would later be included in the calculation.

Thank you for your help.
