Alex Chandler is a rising senior at Bellaire High School in Houston Texas. He is the president of his school's Current Events Club and combines interests in politics, music theory, the history of musical instruments, notably cellos, mathematics, and computer science. He enjoys playing sports, particularly basketball and recreational football. His hobbies are playing the cello, listening to music (almost all classical), and, he will admit, playing mindless videogames. He hopes to study computer science or engineering in college.
