Chemical engineer from National University of Colombia Ph.D. in Industrial Power Thermal Engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute Founder of Exergetika, a company that offers engineering services and solutions based on computational thinking. Lead Process Engineer at Sergintec Adjunct Professor of Process Control and Heat transfer at Department of Chemical Engineering of Jorge Tadeo Lozano University.

I have applied Mathematica in the solution of differente engineering problems, such as:

• Heat loss calculation in storage tanks and pipelines
• Design of heating coils of process and storage tanks
• Thermal design of heat exchangers
• Calculation of concentration rates of dissolved solids in steam boiler
• Dynamic modelling of control loops
• Dynamic modelling of fluid transfer operations between tanks
• Dynamic modeling of drainage operations of large diameter pipelines

My interests are process modellíng, heat transfer, hydraulic calculations, energy efficiency and process control.
