Thanks for the suggestion. Using ColorFunctionScaling -> False, fixes one of the colors, but not completely fine yet. The color representing A = 2 is still not showing in the graphic, replaced by black. I am attaching the modified file.
Thanks, pretty much yes. But two small points - (1) Is there an option opposite to "Select", which can leave out the options according to the Rule, rather than selecting. (Otherwise one can always subtract the o/p of "Select" from original string...
