User Portlet

I have recently started teaching Physics and Engineering courses at Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas USA. I am very interested in the role of simulations and other such tools in providing my students a fertile learning environment.

I am a second (or third or fourth) career person having had a career as a meteorologist in the U. S. Navy and a consulting career in modeling and simulation.

My degrees are in physics and meteorology as well as advanced studies in science and technology studies(i.e. history and philosophy of science and technology)
