Portable installation of Wolfram Engine

Is there a way to install Wolfram Engine in a portable manner on Windows?
Currently the setup requires Admin rights, I was wondering, is there a way to install it without such privileges?

Mathematica is possibly a 10GB installed application on a Win PC. And you want the engine as standalone app on USB thumb drive? Nice.

You can google if VNC can be installed as portable app on USB flash drive. You'd still need mobile internet with VNC.

I am not sure I get your point.

It has nothing to do with the size. It has to do with the fact the installer of Wolfram Engine requires Admin rights.
