Has there been any progress on saving notebooks as tagged pdfs?

Getting the section headings should be simple, but automatically labeling images and graphics maybe requires AI?
There are some new regulations regarding digital accessibility which go into effect in a few months. It'd be a long solution to edit the pdfs in Word or something like that.
