Avoid dynamic updating issue while opening a notebook?

Hi everyone,

I am new in this forum, so I hope this question is posted on the right way.
Eveytime I open a notebook that I wrote including commmands like “Manipulate”, the file name gets this * in its name, when I scroll down to a output cell from a “Manipulate…” input cell. So when I want to close the notebook, I always have to click on “dont save”, even though I didnt change anything.
How do I get this fixed? Do I have to disable dynamic updating by clicking the mark in “Evaluation”? If I do so, the mark is there again, when I open the notebook again.

Can you post an example of a notebook which demonstrates this?

Also, which version of Mathematica are you using, and on what operating system?
