Avoid intermittent database exceptions using EntityValue[]?

I am evaluating a very simple query testing parent region and EntityValue[]. More than 50% of the time, I get this database exception error.

The command string is directly from the help text.

divisions = 
 EntityValue[
  Entity["AdministrativeDivision", {EntityProperty[
      "AdministrativeDivision", "ParentRegion"] -> 
     Entity["Country", "Chad"]}], "Entities"]

Can I do anything to improve the stability of this simple result? I can guess someone can see a more descriptive error message emitted from the back-end.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
