Closed forms, (including Gelfond’ s Constant), from MKB constant like integrals.

My latest version is attached in nb as of 9/17/2016.

Any help with the above paper would be appreciated. Co-authors welcome to join in!

I’m not sure where to go from here – I’m sure it needs some clean-up, at least. Any help from experienced authors would be great!
