Hello, I’m looking to register Mathematica as provided by the university, however when I request my activation key I recieve the error “This is an unauthorized email address. Please use an email address issued by your organization.” I have tried retyping my email several times yet it refuses to actually generate a key! Please help as soon as possible, thank you

I am site-admin myself and I guess that it would be best to contact your university’s admin. They can set filters for acceptable emails. I think that it is much more likely that you get help there than here. They have many ways of dealing with this.
