Change the color of the bullets (cell dingbats)?

I want to create my own stylesheet.
Unfortunately, I can’t find the right attribute to change the bullet color to blue.

Please see CellDingbats, as in this for a purple filled circle:

CellDingbats → StyleBox[“[FilledCircle]”, Alignment → Baseline, RGBColor[1, 0, 1]]
