Hi, How are the notebook menu fonts selected? Is this optional? Does it use the system wide font selections? Can it be changed? I’m talking about both the menu headings & the menu lists. Is there a notebook configuration file I can tweak? Running Linux Fedora.

I don’t know anything about Linux menus or how Mathematica interacts with them.
On Linux, you can customize it as needed by creating a custom stylesheet for Qt. More details can be found here.
