Simple: Documentation says “You can deploy the entire notebook to the cloud using CloudExport”:

In[1]:=	
 CloudExport[nbexpr, "NB"]

What is nbexpr in this case?

It’s an expression with a Notebook head, in the form Notebook[{cell1, cell2, ...}] as outlined in the documentation:
