Is the ONNX model that you created available somewhere, maybe in the Wolfram Cloud?
Trying to avoid doing the TensorFlow → ONNX conversion step myself.

After converting to ONNX format by Google Colab, I have also published the conversion to NetExternalObject format to Wolfram Cloud.
I think you can use the following method to Import.
