Hi Victor,

This inconsistency has been brought up several times on MSE. See this. One workaround from that post.

Thank you, a very helpful discussion. While itΒ’s clear that there is a lot of underlying complexity, it would probably make sense for Wolfram team to highlight some of it in the issues sub-section of the Dataset help page.
