How to set as default displaying imaginary part with [ImaginaryJ] (not with i) in “out” cells?

I think that StackExchange question is about something different. At any rate, you could achieve what you want with:

MakeBoxes[I, StandardForm] := "\[ImaginaryJ]"

and then:

Sqrt[-3.2 + I]

0.276234 + 1.81006 \[ImaginaryJ]
