My Wolfram|Alpha tool did not download images or customized & save images. I don’t know how to do it?
This does not work for me, either. I tried to download the PDF of a beta distribution on Mac. Tried with both Safari and Firefox, and nothing happens – the web page simply hangs. Pretty unhappy about this and to find that even though I have a Pro subscription, I’m not entitled to any support.
I also have the same problem. Did you figure out how to solve it?
