Hello:

book: Dynamica Mathematica package for the book “Discrete Dynamical Systems and Difference Equations with Mathematica” by Kulenovic and Merino

Cannot download the package from http://www.math.uri.edu/Dynamica/ (shows a 404 Not found error), can someone send me the package in a .zip file? I have the book, the book refers to the above link to download the package, but the link shows nothing, I have tried to contact the authors but no response.

Do you have Version 1.0.5 - 12/6/11? (updated to work with Mathematica 8) Needs a version that can be run on Mathematica 9 or lower. What version of Mathematica needed Version 1.0 - 9/1/08 of Dynamica?

Looks like Version 1.0 should only work on Mathematica 6 or lower. I do not have earlier versions of the package.
