extendin wolfram langage to reach DSL

Hello all,

Is it possible to extend the wolfram language or the wolfram alpha console (the natural language processing tool) to reach some kind DSL
So, if i write: create post title
the runtime to start REST call and create post in some cloud or call some library (dll)

i’m more interested in natural language command interpretation … is it possible?
