External product of two matrices?

Hi, I want to perform an external product between two matrices as in the following example :

Open in Wolfram Cloud ↗

It must be accomplish through the “Outer” function? Or is there any more direct way?

You might want KroneckerProduct.

You could use Outer, but you’ll need to apply ArrayFlatten on the result.
