I am working on epidemiological modeling on dengue-chikungunya and similar. I have the famous Mendeley Data and want to fit the data with our model. I want to find the predicted values of the parameters through the fitting. However, I am failing to do that. A search through AI is making the things more complicated. I used NDSolve to solve the coupled differential equations and using NMinimize for the fit. But its not coming. Please suggest.
