In other words, how would you write this equation in a formal mathematics format appropriate for a discussion in matrix algebra?

My days of dealing with formal math notation is behind me. But, this caught my interest.

It looks like they have a notation for everything, but I did not have time to go through all of the details.

Has anyone else gone through this rather tedious exercise?
It would be excellent to have a Wolfram page with all of the Mathematica functions (when possible) in markup languages. I don’t know if that is HTML or internal markup language, LATEX, MathML, MathJax, jsMath package, etc.
