Very interesting analysis. Do you think that Wolfram’s ideas are very similar to Max Tegmark’s (Mathematical universe hypothesis - Wikipedia) who, basically, is a platonist physicist that proposes that all mathematical structures have physical existence (e.g. like a chair or a house) and they exist as different universes?
