Have Activation Key, but download hangs

Hello,

I am using a Mac and after creating my Wolfram ID and Activation Key, I am still not able to download Mathematica to my computer. When I click “download”, a folder appears with a loading bar but the loading bar hasn’t moved in 30 minutes and my Activation Key still says it is “awaiting activation”. Any help here?
I’ve reread all the instructions and am not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Problems like this are for the Customer Service group, since they run the User Portal.

info@wolfram.com or 217-398-5151 (8am - 5pm, M-F, US. Central time). Include your activation key when you contact them.

You probably are not doing anything wrong. Glitches happen. Sorry.

Two quick things you could try:

  • restart the computer.

  • use a different web browser.
