Might be easier to work with Quantity rather than TimeObject.

seconds = UnitConvert[#, "Seconds"] & /@ times

pointList2 = Thread[{seconds, measurements2}];

lm2 = LinearModelFit[QuantityMagnitude /@ pointList2, x, x]
