Has anaybody here been able to install successfully the UserHelp package by “yurkan”, from this repository?
The “portable” structure is extremely confusing to me. I just want to be able to put the requisite packages in my $UserBaseDirectory/Applications folder. But the whole installation procedure, via the included install.nb notebook, is totally confusing and contorted.
Among other things, after I executed all cells in install.nb (and restarted Mathematica, just in case), things just don’t work:

When Mathematica starts, I get an error message:
PacletDirectoryAdd::nodir: Directory /Users/murray/Downloads/mma_userhelp/Solutions not found. -
If I search for one of its alleged documentation pages, I again get a “directory not found” error message.
