How may I fix VariationalMethods if it cannot be loaded into Mathematica?

Hello guys,

I am working on variational problems, where I need to find extremals of functionals. I believe Mathematica assists such calculation by package “VariationalMethods”, but failed to load it into my Mathematica. Any ideas to trouble shoot, or fix this problem? Thank you very much.
