How to get the flow through a narrowing 2D tube using NDSolveValue?

Hi. I’m trying to solve the example of the narrowing tube 2D presented on page (Solving Partial Differential Equations with Finite Elements—Wolfram Documentation) and attached to a file.

I’m using Mathematica v10.020.

BUT I have a problem, I do not get the same result as the page reference: see attached file.

It is the same code but I get different result.
