Maybe they will help you…I gave up on using this editor to get to look right… 
Actually, the problem is how to program the binomial and permutations cofficients in front of the Meijer-G function term…

Is that what you meant? Searching for binomial in the help center would surely bring up the first command. Factorial is harder to find, unless you think of calling it that.
