How to simulate a Light Emmiting Diode LED in Modelica System Modeler

I like to include a Light Emitting Diode LED to the simulation. But I do not find any model representing a LED. Does anyone has a working model of a simple circuit wth the RC circuit?

Please comment or advice .

I also didn’t found that anywhere. There is an Arduino example here.
But a pure simulation would be nice.

You can use any of these components:

  • Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Ideal.IdealDiode
  • Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Semiconductors.Diode
  • Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Semiconductors.Diode2

The only thing is that the Voltage drop needs to be adjusted for the led color. Each has a different voltage drop.
