I am new to Wolfram and need help

I am new to wolfram and I have been trying to figure out how to implement this in my C# winform project. I am doing a voice active search using the speech recognition. However, I can’t figure out how to implement it in my project. I have not been able to find any documentation on implementation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
