Import and plot a NetCDF file?

Hi everyone!

I imported a NetCDF file into Mathematica this way:

R = Import[
   "D:\\NetCDF\\3B42RT_Daily.20180101.7.nc4", {"Datasets", 
    "precipitation"}];

Then I put the precipitation with their coordinates. When I try to plot it the map is flipped and it appears 3 times in the same plot!

Someone can help me!
