[?] Install RLink in the Wolfram Cloud?

Hello people. It is possible to use RLink in the Wolfram Development Platform? When I try this with Needs[“RLink`”] and RLinkResourcesInstall[] the platform shows me $Failed!

I would not expect this to work on the public cloud, because the installation performed by RLinkResourcesInstall[] involves system modification and that is generally not permitted.
