Instant APIs returning 503 error as of 10:00 AM EDT, Sep. 1

EDIT: Whoops! I completely neglected to notice that I am out of Cloud Credits, resulting in the unavailability of my APIs.

For the last 20 minutes my Programming Cloud Instant APIs have been returning Service Unavailable errors when queried. 500 errors indicate server-side failure. Is the Instant API service down for maintenance?

One would hope that when a given API does not run because of the lack of cloud credits that the page returned would be more informative than a generic 503 error…
